Device Support Specialist (DSS): The DSS is dedicated to your patient throughout their treatment. Frequent check-ins; in-person support for education and troubleshooting as needed; and a consistent, caring personal touch can help your patients on their treatment journey. MyNovocure cannot provide medical advice, and all patients with medical questions will be referred back to the treating HCP.
24/7 Care Center: If patients need technical support, help with reordering supplies, or travel advice and resources, our US-based Care Center answers the call.
MyNovocure app: Our app helps patients track their device usage, order supplies, troubleshoot device alarms, and set treatment reminders. Patients can also find a variety of helpful resources on the app.
Daily life with Optune® Treatments
MyNovocure helps patients monitor their treatment.
Part of their routine: It is vital for your patients to continue their activities of daily living during treatment. We provide best practices and tips for integrating the device into their daily routines, travel, sleep, and bathing.
Skin management: Skin irritation is a common, very manageable side effect of this treatment. We provide general guidance to help minimize the risk of irritation and help patients recognize when medical help for skin issues is needed.
Treatment adjustments: If an update is made to the patient’s array layout, MyNovocure helps them adapt to stay on therapy.
